MEASURE
Thistle Hotels, whilst providing an excellent service for clients externally, recognised their internal procedures and information management system needed significant improvement. Their central intranet documentation was highly disorganised with no central means of communication.
We were called upon to provide a DMS (document management system) solution enabling the efficient sharing of information within the company: an intranet site.
INNOVATE
The idea behind the intranet site was to facilitate communication of information and ensure conformity in all types of documents and their management.
The intranet promotes brand compliance and is a completely integrated solution, allowing tremendous functionality within an attractive and user-friendly site design.
SOLVE
The DMS allows users and groups of users to upload, share, discuss, organise, search and archive documents, that can be stored in the folder hierarchy and uploaded to certain folders, according to access rights determined by System administrators.
The system is in use and we have experienced no problems since the product integration.”
