    This well-known and widely recognised brand was suffering from a lack of work passion amongst its workforce.
    The highlighted issues related mainly to recruitment and retention of staff and managing change in the workplace.
    Another concern was valuing employees and raising performance levels by encouraging teamwork, increasing motivation and boosting morale.
     

    INNOVATE

    We implemented a recognition campaign through thank you cards, gift packaging, leaflets, posters, certificates, postcards, adverts, mini ads in canteens, emails, intranet, newsletters and magazines, photography, monthly draws and advertisement of winners

    SOLVE

    The company core values are endorsed as staff feel more respected in their work and thus, more inclined to produce higher quality work.

    Also delivered: a company “fly on the wall” style short film showing all aspects of Office Depot locally and internationally, and including “real” employees (not hired actors) – from all levels.
