MEASURE
EurekaStep was asked to produce a resource that collated the reference document library for the forthcoming merger of NCH’s learning communities into one organisation.
INNOVATE
As web access was restricted, EurekaStep developed both an on-and-offline ‘Learning Centre’ providing total training and education solutions for the NCH across the UK.
We also delivered an online e-HR Portal for the HR function – a place where important information would be managed and shared between individual employees and the HR Department. Management of personal data would be securely accessible via the Portal, providing a central access point which could be personally maintained.
SOLVE
The Learning Centre toolkit facilitated communication of the reference library for the completed development work, assisting the successful launch of the Learning Centre in September.
The HR function has since been developed for the NCH as part of their ‘my-HR’ programme.
