EurekaStep developed an easy-to-use online Transformation portal, which can be adapted in an agile fashion to meet the needs of public and private sector clients. In this case, it was developed with the help of leading experts in the field of HR transformation to meet the needs of a community of HR professionals operating in one of the largest pension, long-term savings and investment providers in the UK.

This particular Portal represented a major departure from conventional communication and collaboration practices in the client organisation. Utilization rates were around 50% in the first week of operation, and the portal facilitated informed collaboration on a range of important topics related to the transformation of their HR services.
