Cable and Wireless sought an e-solution to the management of its projects across a large number of its operations – these being spread across many geographical areas.

- EurekaStep successfully adapted its project management tool kit, reveal+react™, to fit the requirements for the management of C&W’s Regional Global Product Portfolio
- EurekaStep worked alongside KPMG and PFC for the knowledge capture and promotional filming for the award winning e-HR transformation programme. E-HR is an online portal where important information may be managed and shared between individual employees and the HR department. Management of personal data is securely accessible via the intranet site, providing a central access point which can be personally maintained
- EurekaStep have also delivered a wide range of filming services to Cable & Wireless.
SOLVE
As a result many employees were able to increase their productivity and deliver projects quicker by using the tool. This has resulted in a faster to market delivery of products, increasing revenue and saving cost.
